Laboratory of food, health and beauty control in Golestan University of Medical Sciences
The lab was opened in 1374 with just an expert. Initially, due to lack of manpower only certain tests were conducted on food, but gradually the laboratory work expanded by increasing the number of personnel. Currently, the laboratory has taken effective steps to improve the food safety and health and beauty products.
The laboratory is located at the Central building and composed of 4 parts:
1-Sample reception unit
2- Chemistry unit
3-Department of Microbiology
